On June 16–17, the Eurochild Conference 2026 took place in Paphos, bringing together 160 participants from 31 countries.
Over the course of two days, representatives of civil society organizations, government institutions, researchers, and practitioners discussed child rights protection, safety, inclusion, deinstitutionalization, and the development of social services for families. The discussions centered on finding effective solutions that help families receive the necessary support and ensure that children grow up in a safe environment.
“Participation in the Eurochild Conference 2026 has once again proved that the best solutions in child protection come from partnership, open dialogue, and the exchange of practical experience. Together with representatives of European countries, we discussed how to build stronger child protection systems that respond to modern challenges. For Ridni Foundation, as a member of the Eurochild network, this interaction is an opportunity not only to share the Ukrainian experience but also to implement the best European practices so that every child grows up in a safe environment,” notes Marta Krasnohor, Director of the GR Department at Ridni Foundation.
