Supervisory Board ​

The Supervisory Board of Ridni Foundation is an independent governance body responsible for strategic oversight of the Foundation’s activities. The Board supports transparency, accountability, and effective governance by overseeing the Foundation’s financial and statutory compliance, approving its annual budget, and providing guidance on strategic and programmatic priorities.

The Supervisory Board brings together distinguished leaders from the business, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors who contribute extensive expertise in governance, partnership development, organizational management, and the implementation of large-scale social impact initiatives. Through its oversight and advisory role, the Board helps ensure that the Foundation remains focused on its mission and delivers sustainable impact for children and families across Ukraine.

Vasyl Danylyak

Chair of the Supervisory Board

CEO of OKKO Group

One of Ukraine’s key business leaders, Vasyl Danylyak has driven OKKO’s strategic development and overseen the group’s financial and investment operations for many years.


Today, under his leadership, OKKO stands as one of Ukraine’s largest corporate investors, expanding its footprint across fuel retail, agribusiness, and energy sectors. The group has also become a driving force behind Ukraine’s energy transition, investing in renewable energy and new generation capacities to reinforce Ukraine’s energy resilience.


Vasyl Danylyak is actively engaged in developing the Ukrainian business ecosystem. He is a member of the Presidium of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine and serves on the Council for Entrepreneurship Support under the President of Ukraine.
He is regularly featured in rankings of the country’s top CEOs and most influential executives. Notably, in 2025, he was named among the “25 Best CEOs of Ukraine” by Forbes Ukraine and recognized as the “EY Entrepreneur Of The Year” in Ukraine.
For his contribution to supporting the Ukrainian military, he was awarded the medal “For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine” and received the honorary distinction “For Assistance to the Military” presented by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi

Anna Mikulytska

Managing Director of SAP Ukraine

Anna Mikulytska has been leading SAP Ukraine since 2022, overseeing the company’s business development in the Ukrainian market. Her primary focus is supporting Ukrainian enterprises and the public sector in their digital transformation journeys.


Prior to joining SAP, she co-founded the consulting firm FinAdvice and spent over 20 years at Citibank, holding senior executive positions across Ukraine, Europe, and Asia.


In 2024, she received the TechComms Award in the “CEO Media Activist” category and was elected to the Board of Directors of the European Business Association (EBA). Anna actively supports social and volunteer initiatives in Ukraine and has served as a mentor for the STEM Girls project.

Karen B. Redlener, MS

Executive Director/ Co-Founder, Ukraine Children’s Action Project 

Karen Redlener has committed her career to improving the health and well-being of children impacted by extreme adversity, including poverty, natural disasters, and war.  
She co-founded the non-profit Children’s Health Fund (CHF) in 1987, along with her husband, pediatrician Irwin Redlener and singer songwriter Paul Simon. Her roles have included executive leadership in development of CHF and its programs to provide comprehensive health care for children living in poverty.  
In 2022, Karen also co-founded the Ukraine Children’s Action Project, which focuses on urgent educational, mental health and medical needs of Ukraine’s children, displaced and impacted by war. She has travelled to Ukraine 8 times over the last 4 years.
