Ridni Foundation has announced the establishment of a Supervisory Board to strengthen its strategic development and governance.
The Board is chaired by Vasyl Danylyak, CEO of OKKO Group, First Vice President and Member of the Supervisory Board of the company, Сo-owner of Goro Development, and Сo-founder of Goro Mountain Resort, and also includes Anna Mikulytska, Managing Director of SAP Ukraine, and Karen B. Redlener, Co-Founder, Children’s Health Fund (USA) and Ukraine Children’s Action Project (USA/Ukraine).
In 2025, Ridni’s programs supported over 13,500 children, 4,000 families, and 1,700 social sector professionals across 97 communities in Ukraine.
“The establishment of the Supervisory Board is an important step in the institutional development of our organization,” said Mariana Romaniak, CEO of Ridni Foundation.
