Ridni Foundation team participated in the Spring School of Fundraising NGO Growth Lab 2026, organized by Razom for Ukraine in partnership with the Institute of Leadership and Management of UCU.
This is an intensive educational program for civil society sector representatives aimed at the systemic development of fundraising and strengthening the organizational capacity of foundations. Over four days, participants deepened their skills in strategic planning, project management, and effective communications through real-case studies and networking with practitioner speakers.
Viktoria Zayava, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Ridni Foundation, shared her impressions of the training:
“This intensive course truly reshaped my understanding of how sustainable organizational development works. As a Corporate Partnerships Manager at Ridni Foundation, I left the program with a clearer vision of our fundraising strategy and a deeper understanding of how to build long-term relationships with institutional donors, businesses, individuals, and HNWI partners. Each of these tracks requires its own language, pace, and depth of communication.
The program confirmed the main point: fundraising is not about raising funds; it is about building an ecosystem of partnerships around a shared mission and having a conversation about how we solve each other’s problems and challenges. This is the exact approach that changes work on a systemic level.
