Ridni Foundation hosted an information session for students of the Pedagogical College of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
During the meeting, the foundation’s specialists spoke with future educators about:
- family-based care models in Ukraine;
- how the journey to adoption begins and its primary stages.
- the profound importance of a reliable adult figure in a child’s life.
A highlight of the event was the personal testimony of adoptive mother Anna Safonova. She shared her firsthand experience with adoption and mentorship, providing heartfelt answers to students’ questions. These open discussions allowed the students to gain a deeper understanding of the practical and emotional aspects of creating a nurturing family environment.
