Children’s Service Specialists Trained on Using the “Dity” (Children) System

Recently, specialized training was held for Children’s Service specialists focused on the operation of the Unified Information and Analytical System (UIAS) “Dity.”

The primary goal of the event was to enhance the digital literacy of specialists and optimize daily workflows. Together with expert Roman Khlopetskyi, participants conducted an in-depth review of:

  • The full registration cycle: from the initial entry of a child’s data to its correct transfer between departments.
  • Reporting optimization: how to generate necessary reports efficiently and without unnecessary technical difficulties.
  • Case studies: analyzing real-life situations that specialists encounter in their daily work.

Through numerous practical exercises, participants were able to practice algorithms that will make the system’s operation clearer and ensure faster delivery of assistance to children.

We thank Roman Khlopetskyi for his professional and accessible teaching of complex material and our colleagues for their active participation and engagement in the process.

The project is implemented by Ridni Foundation in collaboration with UNICEF.
