Who are “Ridni”?
We, the Charity Organization “Charity Fund “Ridni”, are located at: Ukraine, 79015, Lviv region, Lviv, 20D Porokhova Street, Office 68. Hereinafter in this text, the Charity Organization “Charity Fund “Ridni” is referred to as “we”, the websites of the “Charity Organization “Charity Fund “Ridni” as “our”. We determine which personal data will be processed, for what purpose, and in what manner. What data do we collect and why?
We collect data that falls into two categories: technical information and data provided by the user.
Technical information. When you visit our Site, certain data is collected automatically. We need technical data to operate, support, and improve our Site. This includes: IP address, UTM parameters, geolocation, device type and browser type, cookies, and data about your interaction with the Site (session ID). The session ID includes: your interaction with the Site; the website from which you came to our Site; functions you used; pages you visited on our Site; how you used our Site; actions you performed on the Site, if any.
User-provided data. In order to correctly identify and effectively use your charitable contribution, provide you with feedback on the results of public fundraising or the use of collected funds, and to identify your payment for responses to your future inquiries, we require your full name, surname, phone number, payment information, and email address.

You may unsubscribe from the Fund’s mailing lists at any time using the standard tools available in the communication channel (e.g., the “Unsubscribe” button in an email newsletter). After that, we will stop using your data for this purpose. You may also send a request to info@ridni.org.ua.
What are the specifics of processing personal data according to users’ age?
We do not knowingly process the personal data of users under the age of 16. If you are such a user or a legal representative of such a user, please notify us at info@ridni.org.ua.
Where is personal data stored?
The personal data we collect is stored in the North Europe region on Azure. If it becomes necessary to transfer your personal data to other countries, we will apply the required data protection measures and request your consent, except where such transfer is necessary to fulfill a contract.
Do we transfer data to third parties?
We use your data to carry out our statutory activities and fulfill our contractual obligations to you and may transfer them under the following conditions:
Compliance with applicable law. We may disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent necessary in order to:
- comply with a government request, court order, or applicable Ukrainian law;
- prevent unlawful use of our site or violation of our Terms of Use and policies;
- defend against third-party claims;
- assist in preventing or investigating fraud.
Transfer to third parties. We transfer your personal data to third parties under a public offer for processing on our behalf, subject to technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data — for example, for processing payment cards and donations.

How can you request for your data to be deleted?
We store your data indefinitely. However, you may exercise your right to delete your data by sending a request to info@ridni.org.ua. In such a case, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of receiving your request.
Do we use cookies?
We use cookies necessary for the functioning of the Site. Using cookies, we obtain the technical information specified in section 3. We collect and process cookies for analytics and to ensure the functionality of the Site. The data will not be sold or transferred to third parties. Only aggregated statistical data may be transferred. How do we update the Privacy Policy?
This Privacy Policy and the relationships it governs are subject to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI. Applicable laws and requirements regarding personal data processing may change. In such a case, we will publish a new version of the Privacy Policy on our Site. If we implement significant changes that affect your privacy and confidentiality, we will notify you by email or display the information on our Site and request your consent if required by Ukrainian law.
