Who are “Ridni”?

We, the Charity Organization “Charity Fund “Ridni”, are located at: Ukraine, 79015, Lviv region, Lviv, 20D Porokhova Street, Office 68. Hereinafter in this text, the Charity Organization “Charity Fund “Ridni” is referred to as “we”, the websites of the “Charity Organization “Charity Fund “Ridni” as “our”. We determine which personal data will be processed, for what purpose, and in what manner. We do not knowingly process the personal data of users under the age of 16. If you are such a user or a legal representative of such a user, please notify us at info@ridni.org.ua.

Where is personal data stored?

The personal data we collect is stored in the North Europe region on Azure. If it becomes necessary to transfer your personal data to other countries, we will apply the required data protection measures and request your consent, except where such transfer is necessary to fulfill a contract.

We use your data to carry out our statutory activities and fulfill our contractual obligations to you and may transfer them under the following conditions:
