Ridni Foundation is launching the charitable initiative “Give a Child Warmth”, which aims to unite businesses, partners, and caring individuals to support children during the cold season.
The goal of the initiative is to provide individual winter kits to 100 children who visit the foundation’s spaces in the Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions. These are children for whom it is important to have not only warm clothes but also a sense of safety and care on their way to classes and back home.
The foundation has already formed a list of essentials for each kit. It includes:
a warm blanket;
a hat and a scarf;
3 pairs of warm socks;
a powerbank;
a flashlight and a USB lamp;
2 reflective elements for road safety in the dark;
a sweet gift set.
The cost of one individual kit is 4,800 UAH. The overall fundraising goal is 480,000 UAH, which will provide 100 children with everything they need for the winter season.
Companies and organizations can choose a convenient format of participation:
- Financial support. The company transfers funds, and the foundation’s team independently purchases the necessary items, assembles the kits, and organizes their delivery to the children.
- Purchase and transfer of ready-made kits. The partner independently purchases items according to the agreed list and transfers them to Ridni Foundation for further delivery to the children.
The foundation coordinates the process of preparation and transfer of aid, keeps track of the received resources, and provides partners with transparent reporting on the results of the initiative.
Supporting the initiative is an opportunity for a child to feel more comfortable, safer, and to know that there are people nearby who care.
