Psychologists, social workers, educators. People who encounter children’s pain, anxiety, and silence every day.

They support others while often being on the edge themselves. And that is why they also need space.

A place where they can not only “know” but also learn to be present in new ways.

This is exactly what the program from the Charity Fund “Ridni” and Street Child — “RaDity znovu” — provides: an initiative that gives specialists new approaches, modern tools, and, most importantly, a sense of community. This is not dry training, but a living methodology for working with children in crisis, adapted to Ukrainian realities.

Why Is This Important?

Methods that worked before the war are not always effective today. Children have changed. They are deeper, more anxious, and often emotionally closed off. To help them, professionals themselves need a sense of support: in knowledge, in approaches, and in a professional community.

The program teaches specialists not just to respond to requests, but to see the story behind the child’s behavior. Not to work with the “problem,” but with the person.

What Does the Program Provide?

  • Practical tools for working with children under stress, internally displaced children, and families in challenging circumstances.
  • Methodologies that combine creativity, body awareness, and emotional reflection.
  • Support for professionals’ own emotional burnout.
  • Live supervision, space for support, and exchange of experience.

This is systematic training that restores professionals’ sense of strength: “I know what to do. And I am not alone. ”

“RaDity znovu” is the power of knowledge multiplied by humanity. It is also the proof that supporting children begins with helping the adults who work with them.
