Parenting doesn’t come with instructions. Especially when you are not just a mother or father, but also a guardian, foster parent, or DBST caregiver.

Especially when surrounded by uncertainty, anxiety, and exhaustion. When strength is needed every day, yet inner resources have a way of running dry.

We know this feeling well. That’s why we created “The Parent’s Guardian”, a training program where parents don’t compete over the “right” way to raise kids, but get support, knowledge, and emotional warmth. Here, no one teaches you to be perfect. Here, we help you be alive: resilient, mindful, authentic.

Who is it for?

For guardians, foster parents, adoptive parents, and anyone who carries the weight of a child’s world on their shoulders every day. Often exhaustedly. But always with the hope of making things better.

What do participants gain?

  • Knowledge about positive parenting — without shouting, shame, or pressure.
  • Understanding how to notice and recognize stress in children and in oneself.
  • Skills to respond consciously, not automatically.
  • Guidance on how to talk to children about their bodies, boundaries, and sexual education calmly, without taboos.

And, most importantly, faith that you are already doing enough. And that, with support, you can do even more.

This program is based on:

  • 10 years of experience of Ridni’s psychologists;
  • research on children’s mental health during war;
  • a deep belief that an adult’s emotional safety is the best talisman for a child.

“The Parent’s Guardian” is not a lecture. It is a warm and inviting space for meetings. With yourself. With your child. With answers.
